about

From a young age, I was always curious about how things were made. I wanted to understand what went into the food on our table and how simple ingredients could become something beautiful. Clean, intentional eating - and using cleaner ingredients whenever possible - has always mattered to me, long before it became trendy.
My sister has been a chef for as long as I can remember, owning her own catering and event company. I began working alongside her around the age of ten and continued learning under her for years, growing up in the kitchen and developing not just recipes, but discipline, flavor balance, and the art of presentation.
During this time, I also spent two years on Maui working under a renowned chef, where I deepened my understanding of technique, sourcing, and thoughtful cooking. That experience expanded my perspective and strengthened my respect for ingredients and simplicity.
Over time, I've refined my style into something approachable yet elevated - taking everyday ingredients and transforming them into meals that feel special without being complicated. I love simplifying recipes, using cleaner ingredients, and still creating something nourishing and beautiful.
After becoming a mother to two boys, my purpose in the kitchen became even clearer. I want to create meals that are delicious, wholesome, and memorable - the kind of dishes they'll think of years from now and say, "Mom used to make that."
